While we will make every effort to process your order on the day it is received, most orders ship no later than the following business day, barring unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly inform you of any problems with your order.
Orders are shipped in new boxes with post-consumer recycled content or quality-controlled reused boxes to reduce the waste stream. Products are individually enclosed in cornstarch bags – an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastic ones – for protection in transit. We may also use lightweight 100% recycled kraft tissue to fill voids in boxes and further secure enclosed items.

Use the following guidelines to calculate time in transit from our Massachusetts location with more economical shipping options. Please note that orders typically ship the next business day following receipt of your order, so add one day to the stated times to estimate an arrival date.

We make all efforts to ensure the quality of our products before they go out for delivery. Any defective merchandise, however, may be returned to us for full refund. We may accept returns for other reasons for refund, less shipping costs, or for credit toward a future order. We expect all returned products to be unused and in original condition. Sales Outside the U.S.
We ship to customers in Canada through the US Postal Service (First Class up to 4 lbs, and Priority International over 4 lbs). Other International customers must phone us to place orders and arrange shipping. All International customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage service or duty.
