Special holiday shipping information (updated 12/19)
To ensure your holiday order arrives in time for delivery on or before Thursday, Dec 24th (Christmas Eve), please abide by the"last call" order dates listed below. These apply to shipments with US destinations only; all international customers please contact us directly to determine transit times. Important: Any orders placed on or after Monday Dec 21st will be shipped in the order they were received beginning on Dec 28th. We will confirm these orders and indicate estimated arrival on receipt.

Note: If you place your order by the appropriate date above, we will make every effort to make sure your order is processed and shipped in time for your delivery needs. We are not responsible for late-arriving shipments due to problems associated with our carriers. Important: UPS suspends its usual Ground service guarantee for deliveries scheduled between Dec 13th and Dec 24th, meaning we cannot seek credit for delivery failures.

Retail orders
We offer flat-rate UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail service, as well as UPS 2nd Day Air (real-time rates). If you require overnight delivery or wish to confirm when your order will ship, please call us at
(888) 631 5055. This applies to US orders only. See below for details concerning shipment of international orders.

While we will make every effort to process your order on the day it is received, most orders ship no later than the following business day, barring unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly inform you of any problems with your order.

Orders are shipped in new boxes with post-consumer recycled content or quality-controlled reused boxes to reduce the waste stream. Products are individually enclosed in cornstarch bags – an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastic ones – for protection in transit. We may also use lightweight 100% recycled kraft tissue or newsprint to fill voids in boxes and further secure enclosed items.

Time in transit
Our orders ship from Massachusetts. If you are in an adjacent state, UPS Ground deliveries will typically be overnight. If you are on the West Coast, however, shipments may take up to 7 days to arrive. Please contact us if you would like to know your scheduled delivery date.

Customer Service
We take great care throughout the design, manufacturing, and ordering processes, as well as through delivery, to ensure you will be pleased with your purchases. Please share your concerns or suggestions for how we might better serve you at any time.

Returns
We make all efforts to ensure the quality of our products before they go out for delivery. Any defective merchandise, however, may be returned to us for full refund. We may accept returns for other reasons for refund, less shipping costs, or for credit toward a future order. We expect all returned products to be unused and in original condition. Please contact us for detailed instructions prior to returning an item.

Sales Outside the U.S.
We ship to customers in Canada through the US Postal Service (First Class up to 4 lbs, and Priority International over 4 lbs). Other International customers must phone us to place orders and arrange shipping. All International customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage service or duty.
